Reduction of nitrogen oxides emissions from boilers

Description
This paper examines the various sources of atmospheric nitrogen oxide emissions in Italy and describes the different regulations applicable to heating plants in Europe and in Italy. It then reports on nitrogen oxides concentrations measured in the flue gases of boilers installed in big heating plants and on reductions achieved flue gas recirculation systems
