L x-ray linewidths of the elements Nb to Sb

Description
The Lsub(x)(x = βsub(2,15),β6,γ1,γsub(2,3),γ5,eta and l) x-ray emission widths of the elements Nb (Z = 41) to Sb (Z = 51) have been measured accurately by using a high resolution double-crystal spectrometer. The lifetime of M1, N1, N23 and N45 holes of the elements Nb to Sb are determined. They are in good agreement with the XPS linewidths. (author)
