Description
In the crossing symmetric Reggeon calculus based on the 1/N expansion, s-channel unitarity sum rules are written down explicitly to each order in 1/N. Some of the lowest order sum rules are shown to imply a non-vanishing bare triple-Pomeron coupling at t=0, irrespectively of the bare Pomeron intercept. (author)
