Proton irradiation experiments of optocouplers
Description
Proton irradiations were performed on four kinds of optocouplers and the changes in current transfer ratio were studied. Its degradation was recognized as the proton fluence increased. The degradation's dependence on the energy of incident protons, the kind of optocouplers and the drive current of the light emitting diode was demonstrated
