Effect of lower hybrid current drive on instability in a tokamak
Description
The quasilinear kinetic equation in the stationary case has been solved. The relation between the growth rate of a slanting mode excited in the plasma by anomalous Doppler resonance and the lower hybrid wave energy density is found through calculation. The cases with inductive electric field in and against the direction of lower hybrid current drive are compared
