Do present deep inelastic scattering data demonstrate R=RQCD?
Description
Using recent measurements at SLAC and a simple model for higher twist effects, we argue that the present cumulative deep inelastic scattering data are consistent with but do not demonstrate R=RQCD. (orig.)
