Varieties and diagnostics of exploitation defects in heat exchanger pipes of nuclear power station steam generators

Description
Defects produced in Cr-Ni stainless steel under the operation of heat exchange tubes in steam generators of nuclear reactors are determined by metallographic methods. It is shown that defect production is connected with the action of both intercrystalline and intracrystalline mechanisms of cracking. Validity of conclusion on the shut down of defective tubes on the base of data of eddy current measurements has been considered

Методами металлографии изучены дефекты, образующихся в стали 08X18H10T в процессе эксплуатации теплообменных труб в парогенераторах АЭС. Показано, что образование дефектов происходит за счет как межкристаллитного, так и внутрикристаллитного механизмов растрескивания.
