New point of view on the nature of polymorphism of 1-2-3

Description
Detailed analysis of superconducting ceramics was carried out. The analysis has shown that 1-2-3 exists in three polymorphous crystal modifications: the tetragonal and two orthorhombic ones. The tetragonal phase composition is similar to YBa2Cu3O6, orthorhombic phases on the basis of Y2Ba4Cu6O13 and YBa2Cu3O7 dissolve CuO to a certain extent, so the compositions Y2Ba4Cu7O14 and YBa2Cu4O8 are attained under oxygen high pressures.42 refs., 6 figs
