Description
Precipitation with polyethylene glycol 6000 is a satisfactory technique for 'bound from free' separation in gastrin radioimmunoassay (RIA). This reagent, however, cannot be used in stoichiometric invertase-peptide conjugate-based enzyme immunoassays. (Auth.)
