Magnetic behaviour in the semiconducting and superconducting regions of 57Fe-doped La2-xSrxCuO4-δ

From Moessbauer and resistivity measurements on 57Fe-doped La2-xSrxCuO4-δ samples, we have determined the phase diagram of the system for 00.15, a Fe-induced spin-glass state is observed. Recent data on oriented powder samples are discussed. (orig.)
