Inverse bremsstrahlung process transition probability

Description
The calculation in quantum electro-dynamics of the transition probability for the inverse bremsstrahlung process is presented. The expected number of events is also given for an experiment which was recently proposed to study the inverse bremsstrahlung reactions. (Auth.)
