Method studies on spectrum measurement of continuous hard X-ray measurement by HPGe detector

Description
The method of spectrum unfolded was studied and applied to correct continuous hard X-ray measurement spectrum on the base of energy respond function of single-energy photon and relative efficiency curve for the HPGe detector which had been got by simulated calculation and measurement, the influence of counts for each channels coming from nophotoelectric effect has been avoided in the measurement spectrum. The reality spectrum was rebuilt and the improve measures of precision for this measurement method of spectrum were advanced by error analyse. (authors)
