Improvement in technology of ammonium paramolybdate
Description
Technology of ammonium paramobybdate obtaining by combining of operation of ammonium leaching of technical molybdic acid with purification of ammonium molybdate from impurities by sulfur-alkaline solution is improved for the purpose of refinement of completeness of purification of ammonium molybdate solutions and obtaining in this case more poor precipitations by molybdenum. The possibility of combined operation of ammonium leaching of molybdic acid with purification of the solutions from nickel, copper and iron by sulfur-alkaline solution is shown. The degree of molybdenum extraction into the solution is equal to 99.5%-99.8% at the temperature of 60-80 deg C during 30-60 min, expense of sulfur 200-300% (by mass) and its concentration in the sulfur-alkaline solution 200-250 g/l. The obtained solution includes trace amounts. Tests confirm the efficiency of the proposed technology. Its application permits to obtain conditional of ammonium paramolybdate increase output as a result of shortening of purification operations and filtration of the solutions
