Description
For determining the reactions proceeding at crystallization of ternary alloys and their thermal treatment the study of phase equilibra in the In-Sb-Se ternary system is carried out. The system liquidus consists of eight primary phase crystallization fields. By triangulating secants the system is divided into five phase triang.les.
