Optical properties of ytterbium triantimonide thin films

We have studied the reflection and absorption spectra of alpha-Yb5Sb3 thin films prepared by vacuum-thermal deposition. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the energy band structures near the extrema of the valency and conduction bands are suggested
