Study on the determination of ingestion emergency planning zone for nuclear power plants

Description
Taking the Daya Bay nuclear power plant as a reference site, the influence of source terms and intervention level on the dividing of ingestion emergency planning zone are studied using the European accident consequence assessment code package PC COSYMA. The results of deterministic approach show that a radius of about 50 km is appropriate for the determination of ingestion emergency planning zone if the source term S3 and the lower limit of two the tier ingestion intervention level concept are used for this purpose
