Calculation of variations of recovery current of multiwire NbTi superconductors with matrix purity and critical temperature
Description
A technique was developed for the numerical calculation of the recovery current for multiwire NbTi superconductors in a copper matrix cooled with boiling helium at atmospheric pressure. The numerical model was used in the calculation of the effects of purity of the copper matrix and of critical temperature of the superconductor on the recovery current of the conductor used in superconducting devices for high-frequency plasma heating in the T-15 tokamak.
