The Minister Council decree about detailed obligations referring to nuclear materials safeguards of 27 April 2004

The decree refers to detailed obligations resulting from requirements of nuclear material safeguards for inter alia managers of nuclear facilities, nuclear waste storages, ferrymen of nuclear materials, managers of units performing activity R and D in the scope of nuclear materials for non-nuclear purposes. The obligations include recording, reporting and control of these materials, especially in case of their losses or integrality breaking
