Planning the decommissioning of the Nabarlek uranium project
Description
Factors involved in planning the decommissioning of a uranium mine are discussed in a general way. An attempt is made to look at the costs and benefits implicit in this work. Problems discussed include tailings stability, pit cover, wet seasons and water disposal
