The Bc and B-barc mesons accessible to experiments through Z0 boson decay

Description

The Bc and B-barc meson production with jets through Z0 decay is computed based on the Standard Model. The result shows that about one thousand and four hundred events involving one Bc or B-barc meson will be obtained, if 107 Z0 intermediate bosons are accumulated such as planned for LEP-I. The cross section of e+e- → Bc + jets (or B-barc + jets) for the energy from 15 GeV to 60 GeV is also presented. (author). 11 refs, 3 figs, 2 tabs
