m-tolueneboronic acid adduct of technetium tris(dimethylglyoxime). Synthesis, structural analysis, and characterization

Description
TcCl(dmg)3BC6H4CH3 has been prepared by template synthesis. Its 1H NMR, IR and UV/Vis spectra were measured and its crystal and molecular structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The recorded data were refined by least squares to R = 0.044. The crystal parameters are as follows: triclinic, space group. P anti 1, a = 8.581(1), b = 11.996(3), c = 13.364(4) A, α = 96.71(2) , β = 92.14(2) , γ = 108.24(2) , and Z = 2. The molecule has a capped trigonal prismatic geometry. The coordination distances are 2.046-2.132 (average 2.084) for Tc-N and 2.410 for Tc-Cl. (orig.)
