They report on the results of low-temperature (1.8 - 10 K) magnetic relaxation measurements in an epitaxial thin film of Tl2 Ba2 Ca2Cu3 Ox (TI - 2223) showing that quantum creep occurs below T ≅ 4 K in an intermediate regime where both Hall and dissipative terms contribute to the tunneling of vortices
