Description
The magnetic properties of CaxCo1-xFe2O4 spinel system with varying Ca concentration have been studied by means of Moessbauer spectroscopy and magnetization measurements at 80 K. The magnetization measurements show a linear increase in saturation magnetization but decrease in coercive force with increasing x. It has been found that supertransferred hyperfine interactions (STHIs) do not contribute to the systematics of A and B site hyperfine fields. The quadrupole splitting was found to be zero for all magnetic split sextets. (a uthor). 4 figs., 5 refs
