Screening of electroweak interactions and superweak effects in rare processes
- 1. Institute of High Energy Physics, Serpukhov
Description
The nature of the principle of diagonality of the electroweak interactions is studied. An approach is developed according to which this principle is a consequence of the horizontal symmetry of the electroweak forces. It is used as the basis for a study of the model of gauge horizontal superweak interactions with symmetry SU(N)/sup H//sub L/ x SU(N)/sup H//sub R/ x SU(2)/sup W//sub L/ x SU(2)/sup W//sub R/ x U(1), where N = 2, 3. This model is used to obtain some numerical estimates of the parameters of rare processes which can be measured experimentally
