Parity non-conservation in atoms
Description
This paper reviews parity non-conservation in atoms from an elementary particle point of view. Time reversal invariant and non-invariant interactions are discussed. The relationship between these interactions and atomic observables is outlined. Current experiments are reviewed and their implications discussed with particular reference to the standard model and its extensions
