Description
A microscopic model which takes into account 1p1h and 1p1h+phonon configurations and used the consistent Green function technique is described. The calculations of low-lying M1 resonance characteristics in 208Pb, 90Zr, sup(48,40)Ca show that the treatment of 2p2h configurations is important for the explanations of observable properties of the M1 resonance.
