Pion double charge exchange on natSe

Description
Pion-induced double charge exchange (π+,π-) on a target of natSe has been investigated at a laboratory angle of 5 degree and incident kinetic energies of 132, 166, and 294 MeV. Cross sections (and limits) have been extracted for the various ground-state transitions. The double isobaric analog state and several other excited states are also observed
