Investigations of phase equlibrium in systems formed by chalcogenides of copper and silver

  • 1. Moskovskij Inst. Ehlektronnoj Tekhniki, Moscow (USSR)

Description

Investigation of the character of phase equilibrium in systems, formed by copper and silver chalcogenides was conducted. It is shown that cross-sections of Cu2Te-Cu2S, Cu2Te-Cu2Se, Ag2Te-Ag2S, Ag2Te-Ag2Se, Cu2Te-Ag2Te are guasibinary ones, and phase equilibria in studied systems at high temperatures are described by phase diagrams with nonlimited mutual solubility both in liquid and solid states. Solid solutions are referred to solutions of the third type with the common minimum on liquidus and solidus curves. 4 refs.; 1 tab
