Radiation transport dependence on modeling in laser-produced plasmas

Description

The radiation transport property is examined with several different modeling especially the collisional ionization rate coefficient and bound-bound opacity treatment (line transport) in laser produced plasmas. The rate equation is solved coupled with the implosion hydrodynamic. The difference of total emitted radiation energy loss for different rate coefficient is up to 35 % and especially the difference of the K-shell emission is up to 110 %. The difference due to the bound-bound opacity treatment is about 50%. (author)
