Creators

Description
The possibility of the formation of a bound complex containing a positive ion in a superfluid-helium film and an electron on the free surface of the film is demonstrated. Various aspects of the stability of a system of such quasi-particles are theoretically investigated. The possibility of the experimental observation of the new physical phenomena that can be produced by a system of dipole complexes in a helium film is investigated
