A kind of inspection equipment designing for X ray imaging spot

Description

To resolve the problem that the transmission detector couldn't accept the signal from the X ray spot in X ray imaging process, a kind of inspection measure and inspection equipment were designed. By testing X ray spot intensity and distribution in some key points, the X ray spot location is checked and the distributions are correct. (authors)
