Pzt Preparation using the partial oxalate method

Description
The mechanism of phase formation as well as the M P B of PZT processed by the partial oxalate method were investigated by TG-DTA and quantitative XDR. The results showed that the reaction among ZT and Pb O (formed from decomposition of Pb C2 O4) leads to formation of PZT phase without intermediate phases. Analysis by XRD showed tetragonal and rhombohedral coexistent phases from Zr/Ti from 0,47 to 0,53. (author)
