European thermal solar has once again reached its zenith. The difficult times of 1985-1995 are now a thing of the past. The best proof is the very good results of 2001 that show figures in significant progression with respect to those of the year 2000. 1480 320 m2. This is now the new record to beat in terms of the annual volume of thermal solar collector installation in the European Union. (author)
