Research on environment radiation monitoring system based on CAN network

Description
The system makes used of CAN network and AVR MCU to implement the monitoring to the environmental γ-radiation with the remote, real-time and reliable performances. The application of CAN bus network in this system improves the reliability and security of data transmission effectively. The paper introduces the basic structure, the approach of hardware and software, the method of data procession in PC and the experimental results of the system (CIT-2000A) in details. After long time operation it has been proved that the circuit technology is reliable and performance is good. (authors)
