Stability in the parallel signal transfer mode for a silicon strip focal plane detector
Description
A high-rate Focal Plane Detector (FPD) has been designed for the hypernuclear experiment, E89--009, at Jefferson Lab (JLAB). A parallel signal-transfer method is used for the front-end readout of a Silicon Strip Focal Plane Detector. This paper focuses on the system stability, in particular the prevention of resonant oscillations using a time-variant method. A similar analysis can be applied to other detector systems that have large numbers of paralleled readout channels
