Eco information 6. Influence of operation of the plants GovCo, a.s., SE-EBO and SE-VYZ on the environment within June 2006

In this leaflet the results of monitoring of chemical gaseous and liquid effluents into the rivers Vah and Dudvah as well as of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V1 NPP and Bohunice Radioactive Waste Processing Centre (VYZ) (GovCo, a.s.) as well as of V2 NPP (SE, a.s.) are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere and hydrosphere within a June 2006 (for NPP V1, VYZ, and NPP V2, respectively) were: 0.791 TBq (V1), 0 Bq for VYZ and 0.981 TBq (V2) of rare gases; 0.955 MBq, 1.492 MBq (VYZ A1) and 0.031 MBq (VYZ MSVP), and 1.864 MBq (V-2) of aero-soles; 1.492 MBq (V1)and 0.425 MBq (V2) of iodine; 1.981 MBq (V1), 7.57 (VYZ) MBq and 3.750 MBq (V2) of corrosive and fission products, and 1.255 TBq (V1) 103.958 GBq (VYZ) and 274.166 GBq (V2) of tritium. For the period January - June 2006 these radioactive effluents represent for rare gases 3.802 TBq (0.190% of annually limit (AL)) for V1 and 5.143 TBq (0.257% AL) for V2; for aerosols 21.796 MBq (0.027% of AL) for V1, 5.251 MBq (0.558% of AL) for VYZ A1, 0.476 MBq (0.158% of AL) for VYZ MSVP, and 6.609 MBq (0.008% of AL) for V2; for corrosive and fission products 18.629 MBq (0.143% of AL) for V1, 23.491 MBq (0.196% of AL) for VYZ and 16.040 MBq (0.123 of AL) for V2; and for iodine 4.149 MBq (0.006% of AL) for V1, and 0.985 MBq (0.001% of AL) for V-2; and for tritium it is 5.085 TBq (25.427% of AL) for V1, 298.383 GBq (2.984% of AL) for VYZ, and 3.349 TBq (16.743% of AL) for V2
