Study on the radiation absorption and degrees of compression of spherical microtargets in exploding shell mode

Description
The results of an experimental investigation with the ISKRA-4 installation of the absorption of laser radiation in the 1014-1015 W/cm2 intensity range and of the generation of fast particles are presented. The degree of compression of shperical microtargets filled with DT gas and a Ne admixture is measured. The experimental data are compared with the one-dimensional gasodynamic calculations
