Description

The presentation describes the initial conditions leading to the major decisions related to the replacement of the Station Control Computers (DCC) CPU and BMU. The project objective is stated to be 'to implement the modification in one 20 days outage and successfully operate the plant after that'. The major problems anticipated are presented. The strategy and main activities are presented together with the quality assurance aspects of the project. The testing media, tools and programs are described. (authors)
