  • 1. Department of Ultrasound, The First Hospital of Qiqihar, Qiqihar (China)

Description

To explore the clinical value of combined detection on early warning of liver cancer, 584 cases of liver disease patients were divided into research group (349 cases) and control group (235 cases). The specific projects and examination orders of combined detection in research group were studied to determine the risk classification and screening interval of liver cancers high-risk groups, and to explore the clinical significance of combined detection. The results showed that the number of hepatic carcinoma and small liver cancer found in research group accessing to early warning systems were more than that of in control group, the clinical stage of liver cancer were earlier than that of control group, and the three-years survival rate were much higher (P<0.01). The combined detection might be an effective index in the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer. (authors)
