Thermal conductivity of LnBa2Cu3O7-x single crystals
Description
Investigations into the thermal conductivity of LnBa2Cu3O7-x composition monocrystalline samples in the ab plane within 8-250 K temperature range are conducted. The measurements are conducted in a modified device by means of steady-state axial thermal flux using a four-contact method. LnBa2Cu3O7-x monocrystals (Ln=Y, Y0.98Gd0.02, Y0.98Yb0.02) grown by melt-solution technique are investigated. It is detected that LnBa2Cu3O7-x sample thermal conductivity has a clearly manifested peculiarity at Tc
