20-year experience of treatment of patients with endo metrical cancer using concomitant radiotherapy
Description
20-year experience of treatment of uterine body cancer has shown that the use of concomitant radiotherapy yields high indices of 5-year survival especially when chains and beads are used. The results of treatment with automatic technique are a little poorer. But taking into account high personnel exposure in manual technique the improvement of radiotherapy efficacy is possible with individually chosen optimum automatic intracavitary concomitant radiotherapy or using radio modifiers
