Charged particle beam transformation with concentrating electron-optical systems
Description
Electron-optical systems with plane curvilinear main trajectories are considered. The equations obtained relate the beam waist positions at the entrance and the exit of a system and the transformation of the waist linear dimensions and maximum angles for a broad class of boundary phase contours. The consideration is not limited to the low velocity case. (orig.)
