Mechanical properties of steel type 20KhN2M after laser treatment

Description
Influence of laser radiation on mechanical properties of 20KhN2M steel was investigated. It is shown that surface hardness of 20KhN2M steel increases 3-3.5 times, and wear resistance - 2 times after laser treatment. Growth of steel wear resistance in the field of laser effect is conditioned by grain refinement
