Coincident sealed flowsheet for preparing petroleum and water at petroleum production objects

The technology for coincident oil and water preparation according to a sealed flowsheet with complete utilization of separated gas, which was previously burnt in furnaces for oil heating, is proposed and introduced at the oil preparation objects of the Krasnoholmsk oil enterprises with the purpose of improving ecological situation in the region. The sults of the production tests of three coincident sealed flowsheet preparation installations with application of thermochemical, treatment of emulsion layer and treatment well products at the well bottom role with chemical reagents are presented. The necessary of applying a waste water purification unit at a special settler with hydropholic layer is substantiated
