Primary leiomyosarcoma of the pancreas: CT findings

We present the computed tomographic (CT) findings of a primary leiomyiosarcoma of the pancreas with pathological confirmation of the lesion. Although primary leimyosarcoma of the pancreas is a rare neoplasm, this tumor must be considered in the differential diagnosis of pancreatic masses with high contrast enhancement in CT.
