Description
In the frame of stochastic study of coupled reactor systems, an extension of a previous model is developed, in order to determine the contribution of the noise sources in the coupling medium. The formalism used gives the components of these noise sources. By comparing the two models, it is possible to express the disappearance probability in the coupling medium dividing the two multiplying cores. The value of this probability is estimated following measurements of the cross power spectral density between a multiplying core and the coupling zone. (author)
