Description
A current-luminance characteristic of the volume luminescence of ZnS-Cu crystals with Sm, Eu, and Pb becomes more flattened with temperature increase, but it becomes more sharp for the ZnS-Cu, Tm crystal. In all cases this fact may be explained by the change of ionization rate with temperature on the base of the theory developed earlier with provision for some differences in numerical values of crystal parameters
