Valve monitoring and evaluation method

With the valve monitoring and evaluation method presented here tools are available to optimise the operation of power plants furthermore. With ADAM a self-contained service conception for condition oriented maintenance of valves and actuators is at the operator's disposal. It includes efficient test and diagnosis systems for online and offline use as well as the affiliated engineering procedures and the contribution to the condition evaluating process. Gathered knowledge about the functional behaviour of valves and actuators in detail leads to remarkably increased safety and availability combined with a lucrative reduction of maintenance efforts.
