Two-component structure of the geometrical pomeron
Description
The note considers the theoretical features of central and peripheral components of the geometrical pomeron, within the framework of an absorptive multiperipheral unitarization. Following previous studies of first step unitarization of the dipole pomeron (DPP) the note performs the second-step unitarization of the DPP by the self-consistent introduction of the long-range correlation component in multihadronic production and examines the possibility of the two-component structure under absorption
