Thermal expansion of BCC solid solution alloys. Nb-Mo
- 1. National Measurement Lab., Lindfield, NSW (Australia)
- 2. Monash Univ., Clayton (Australia). Dept. of Physics
Description
Values for the zero-temperature limit lattice, γ 0 and electronic, γ sub(e), Grueneisen parameters have been determined for Nb-Mo solid solution alloys from linear thermal expansion measurements below 30 K. Both parameters exhibit a strong compositional dependence which is attributed to a change in Fermi-surface topology. (author)
